About Randall Bedwell
Randall Bedwell is the managing broker for Silverpointe Properties and serves as a paralegal and ADR mediator for Tennessee Title and Escrow, LLC. His professional career is focused on providing superior service, creativity and strategies to the real estate community in Middle Tennessee.

He was formerly risk management broker and new agent trainer for Keller Williams Franklin after serving as co-managing broker for The eRealty Shop in Brentwood. In May, he will receive his paralegal certification from Duke University as well as his Rule 31 Mediator’s license from the Tennessee Supreme Court. Bedwell is an approved instructor through the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation and has provided training and mentoring to over 100 agents in the Franklin market.

Bedwell has served as a banking officer for United American Bank of Nashville and an account executive for the Wall Street firm Dean Witter before returning to the mortgage and real estate industry in 2001. He holds a bachelor's degree from Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee and a master's degree from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. Mississippi. He recently received a paralegal certification from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

He is a veteran publisher and author of over twelve books. Two of his titles, May I Quote You, General Lee? and Brink of Destruction were recently published in hardback editions by Gramercy Press, a division of Random House. His most recent work, War Is All Hell, was released in 2004 by Cumberland House Publishing who publishes his other titles as well.

Bedwell served as communications chairman for the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers and founded Tennessee Mortgage Professional, the association's newletter. He was honored in 2002 as Volunteer of the Year and in 2003 with a Certificate of Commendation by the 1,400-member association. He is the only REALTOR to ever receive these awards.

He was a charter member and director of the Brentwood Kiwanis Club, works with local HUD agencies in counseling and foreclosure prevention and currently teaches children’s Bible study at The People’s Church where he and his son, John, are members.
